Shipping policy
This shipping policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within the Continental United States. By placing an order through Mosasaur Battery, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and procedures outlined below.
Shipping Coverage
We ship from our local warehouse located in California, USA, to the contiguous 48 states of the United States.
We do not ship to the following locations:
● Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories
● APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
● International destinations outside the United States
If you inadvertently place an order for a non-shippable address, we will notify you within 24 business hours and process a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available for all orders shipped within the Continental United States.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
Standard domestic orders are shipped via reputable ground carriers, including FedEx Ground and UPS Ground. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion based on destination and order details.
Order Processing & Cutoff Time
● Handling time: 0–1 business day
● Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday–Friday
● Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays.

Total estimated delivery time = Handling time + Transit time, calculated in business days and excluding weekends and public holidays.

● Delivery to certain rural or remote zip codes may require an additional 1–2 business days in transit, as determined by the carrier.
● The above timeframes are estimates for most orders. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operational conditions, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your full name, shipping address, and contact information are accurate when placing your order to ensure successful delivery.
● If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped. We will update the address at no extra cost whenever possible.
● If you request an address change after your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee the change will be applied successfully. Any additional fees, delivery delays, or delivery failures resulting from a post-shipment address change are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Mosasaur Battery is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by customer actions, including but not limited to:
● Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
● Incorrect or unavailable contact information
● Refusal to accept delivery
● Failure to arrange redelivery or pickup after carrier notification
Order Tracking
Once your order is picked up by the carrier, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address. This email will include your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
Please note that tracking status may take up to 24 business hours to update on the carrier’s official website after initial pickup. If you experience delays in tracking updates, you may contact us for assistance.
Delivery Inspection & Claims
Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging for visible damage or deformation before signing.
● If the package appears severely damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging.
● Signature upon delivery confirms receipt of the package in good external condition.
For internal issues such as missing items, concealed product damage, or functional defects discovered after opening:
● Please contact us with supporting photos or videos within 3 calendar days of delivery.
● We recommend recording an unboxing video to help expedite any potential claim process.
Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped domestically within the United States. No customs duties or import fees apply.
All listed product prices are exclusive of state and local sales taxes. Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable local tax laws.
Force Majeure
Mosasaur Battery is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by force majeure events. Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable objective events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
● Severe weather conditions and natural disasters
● Government actions, transportation system suspensions or controls
● Public communication or logistics network interruptions
● War, civil unrest, or regulatory policy changes
