Nominal voltage is 51.2V with 16S LiFePO4 cell configuration. Built with a lightweight metal shell for golf cart applications.

What are the BMS specifications and discharge capabilities?

Integrated 200A continuous BMS. Peak discharge current is 400A for 10 seconds, supporting high instantaneous current for startup and hill climbing.

What are the charge cutoff and discharge cutoff voltages?

Full charge cutoff voltage: 58.4V; discharge cutoff voltage: 41.25V.

Can I use my existing lead-acid charger to charge this LiFePO4 battery?

Not recommended. Lead-acid chargers have different charging curves. It will cause incomplete charging or overheating. Please use a dedicated 51.2V LiFePO4 charger with 58.4V cutoff.

Can this battery replace my original golf cart lead-acid battery directly?

Yes. The light metal case is designed for golf cart battery compartment installation. Match the wiring terminals, and you can replace lead-acid batteries without major vehicle modification.

How long does it take to fully charge?

Available capacity decreases in cold weather. The BMS will prohibit charging below 0°C. Discharge temperature range: -20°C ~ 60°C; only charge above 0°C.

Does this battery pass shipping certification? What about cycle life?

The battery is UN38.3 certified for export sea and air transport. With proper use, it can achieve up to 4000 cycles at 0.5C rate.
