What battery is this 58.4V 18A charger compatible with?

It is specially designed for 51.2V (16S) LiFePO4 batteries for golf carts, sightseeing cars, patrol vehicles, electric motorbikes and floor‑cleaning robots. Input supports AC 90‑264V wide‑voltage power supply.

How long does it take to fully charge a 51.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery?

Under ideal conditions, it takes about 5.5 hours for 0‑100% full charge for a 100Ah battery. Actual charging time may vary depending on battery remaining capacity, temperature and battery condition.

Can I use this charger for lead‑acid batteries?

Not recommended. This charger uses LiFePO4‑specific 3‑stage charging curve. Lead‑acid batteries have different charging parameters; improper use may cause incomplete charge, overheating or shorten battery service life.

What do the red‑green LED indicator lights mean?

Red flashing = charging in progress; solid green = battery fully charged. Alternating red‑green flashing indicates faults including hardware error, AC voltage fault, battery disconnection, over‑temperature or short‑circuit protection.

What waterproof rating does this charger have? Can I use it outdoors on rainy days?

IP65 waterproof rating with fully encapsulated silicone potting. It supports dust‑proof, anti‑acid‑fog and anti‑shock for outdoor golf‑cart scenarios. Please avoid direct long‑time water jet soaking.

Does this charger support waking up over‑discharged LiFePO4 batteries?

Yes. It has OV charging wake‑up pre‑charge function. It can gently activate batteries which entered BMS sleep protection due to deep discharge or long‑time storage.

Working temperature range: ‑30℃ ~ +65℃. When internal temperature exceeds 66℃, charging current will automatically derate; it will stop output safely at 75℃ to avoid damage to the unit.
